Jed D. Melnick Annual Symposium. Webinar organizzato dal Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution in tema di mediazione obbligatoria nelle varie forme che la stessa può avere.In particolare si parlerà del c.d.“presumptive ADR”, un progetto promosso da un comitato di esperti creato nel 2018 da Janet DiFiore, Chief Judge dello Stato di New York, per rendere automatico (presumptive), seppur temperato da meccanismi di uscita (opting out), il ricorso a strumenti ADR (la mediazione in primis) come passo preliminare dell’iter giudiziario.

Gli interventi saranno focalizzati sulla situazione negli Stati Uniti ma naturalmente i temi affrontati sono di interesse generale.
